Highlights from Africa Automation Technology Fair (AATF) 2025

21 May 2025

The Africa Automation Technology Fair (AATF) 2025 has come to a close, and what an incredible experience it has been. Over three dynamic days, we connected with professionals, partners, and curious minds from across the continent, sharing ideas, exploring innovations, and shaping the future of smarter operations.

This year, our presence at the exhibition was anchored by our vision: Operational Excellence Unlocked. From plant floors to control rooms, across every sector we work with, we focus on helping operational teams connect, visualise, and act on their industrial data in meaningful ways. It is a vision that guided every demonstration, discussion, and solution we highlighted during the event.

Did you notice our updated logo?

This year’s AATF was not just about displaying industry-leading tech; it was also our moment to reintroduce ourselves. Have you spotted our updated logo? Refreshed look, same commitment to empowering industry through intelligent solutions. It is a symbol of where we are headed, as we continue helping plants unlock operational excellence at every level.

Introduced future-ready solutions

We were proud to launch three new solutions at the exhibition; each designed to tackle real industry challenges and deliver measurable value across the plant floor and beyond.

  • LineView – We demonstrated how this innovative platform turns complex manufacturing challenges into a real-time symphony of efficiency, delivering the clarity and control needed to optimise every stage of production. More than just Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) tracking, LineView empowers teams to uncover hidden losses, identify inefficiencies, and implement data-driven actions.
  • IDX Nexus Suite – Our vision for IDX Nexus was shared: a powerful framework that combines hardware and software to create a scalable connectivity hub. With built-in data historian and visualisation tools, IDX Nexus enables seamless, remote monitoring and diagnostics, making it easier to manage plant assets, support teams offsite, and drive operational excellence across industrial environments.
  • Everything CAN – A comprehensive portfolio of products and services was introduced to support the automotive, rail, and industrial sectors, leveraging CAN, CAN FD, and J1939 technologies. Designed to enhance communication, diagnostics, and system integration, these solutions enable efficient development, testing, and maintenance of modern vehicle and industrial communication networks.

Competition winner

Throughout the expo, we ran an exciting competition to win a Certified PROFIBUS Installer with Troubleshooting Course. Congratulations to our lucky winner, Tatenda Damba!

We look forward to welcoming you to the training and helping you take the next step in your industrial networking journey. Thank you to everyone who entered and helped make the competition a great success.

Thank you for making it memorable

There is something powerful about being surrounded by individuals who are just as passionate about industrial automation as we are, and AATF reminded us of the strength that comes from shared vision and collaboration.

To everyone who visited our stand, thank you. Whether you stopped by for a quick chat, a detailed demonstration, or to simply say hello, you helped make this event successful.

We are excited about what is next, and we look forward to continuing the conversation.
