We would like to inform our valued clients of an upcoming price adjustment from our supplier, HMS Networks, effective 1 January 2026. This change reflects global market shifts that have impacted the industrial sector in recent years.
Despite extensive efforts to absorb rising expenses through improved efficiency and productivity, ongoing increases in raw material, energy, logistics, and compliance costs have made an adjustment necessary to maintain the same high standards of quality, service, and innovation you have come to expect.
What’s Changing
Effective 1 January 2026, HMS Networks will implement the following price adjustments:
- General price increase: +3.6% across all products
- Remote Access and Remote Data (Cosy and Flexy product lines): +2.6%
Important Note
The new price increase will apply based on the actual delivery date of goods, not the order date.
- Orders placed between 1 October 2025 and 1 January 2026 but delivered after 1 January 2026 will be invoiced at the new prices.
- Orders placed from 1 January 2026 onward will be subject to the new prices.
- Orders delivered before 31 December 2025 are not affected by the change.
